Some circumstances may steer you to a more custom solution for home generation of renewable energy. We offer construction options such as roof-integrated tiles, solar carports or patios, hybrid systems (pulling from solar and wind energy simultaneously), and "off-structure" arrays (tracker systems, or hill-side arrays.

Among the most popular are the carport and patio covers which we custom build for our clients, with the help of some of the best patio structure specialists in California. On these structures we use a special solar panel called the Sanyo HIT Bi-Facial, which has the wonderful advantage of generating energy from both sides of the panel: the exposed side and the ground-facing side.

We will gladly help you design a custom solution. They typically represent a slightly higher commitment than our pre-packaged arrays, of course. But you should "run the numbers" nonetheless to be sure that you know the minimum/maximum of the power we would need the system to produce.
