Philippe Hartley, General Manager

Philippe has a 25-year background of managing new technology companies in explosive market situations, including the telecommunication and distribution industries. He holds a C-10 California Electrical Contractor's license# 908739 and is the Responsible Managing Officer for the company.


Jim Bell
Supervisor of Thermal Design and Installations

Jim has criss-crossed Southern California freeways for the past 25 years installing hot water and pool systems. He is a C-36 Solar Contractor, and considered one of the state's experts in thermal and pool heating installations.


Robert Stigall, Supervisor of PV Design and Installations

Robert has an extensive history in the installation of photovoltaic and helio power, as well as electric vehicle charging stations. His commercial photovoltaic installation background includes high profile jobs such as the 225 kW system for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) DIv. 8, in Chatsworth, CA, as well as the 225 kW system for another MTA system, Div. 15 in Sun Valley, CA. He has installed the Air Quality Management District's (AQMD) 100 kW system in Diamond Bar. Robert is also experienced in medium size commercial installations, such as the Southwest Community College's 36.4 kW system, and the 18.6 kW Bank of America Branch in Adelanto, CA.

Nancy has years of NASA/JPL project management behind her, including being part of the administrative team for the Cassini and Galileo missions. Prior to that, she held management positions with the CalTech Credit Union, among others.

 

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Tom Tatum significantly impacted the development of solar energy in the U.S. as AssistantUnderSecretary of Energy in charge of the solar program during the Carter administration. He is president of Tatum Communications, a producer of extreme sports movies and TV programs.

Joe Regis has had an illustrious career in the growth and management of record labels, including RykoDisc and Restless Records, successfully positioning numerous artists and music products to a fickle consumer base.

Peter Wannier, Ph. D. has just retired from Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he advanced the field of deep space research.

Titus Brenninkmeijer runs Solgenix, a Pasadena think tank and invesment fund specializing in the commercial deployment of solar energy in Western and developing economies.

Loren Nielsen is President of Entertainment Technology Consultants, which is retained by companies such as Texas Instruments, Samsung and Dolby to position new technologies for maximal market impact.

Kim Craft is on the management team of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) Local 11 in Pasadena, and is one of the driving forces behind transforming that union into a facilitator for installing distributed solar energy in the retrofit and new builds markets.

Mark Petty is CEO of Penn Engineering. A Harvard MBA, he is a specialist in raising the value of privately held companies. In his current function, Mark is deeply involved in the management of Chinese-based manufacturing.

Alden Sheets is the new President of Worldwide Apparel at K-Swiss, and prior to that held the same position at Puma. Alden is an expert at positioning brands in a competitive consumer market.
